What are Pre-orders?

In a pre-order, we make an initial payment to reserve your item(s) in advance. We then ship your order once the product is ready; it may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks for us to prepare and send your order. The estimated date will be available on the product listing.

By Purchasing a pre-order product you agree to the following terms:

Estimated is 2 - 4 weeks. The estimated delivery time is when we expect the shipping to take place. You should receive an email notification once your item(s) leaves our warehouse. Please note that if your items are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, such as inclement weather or natural disasters, we cannot guarantee how quickly your order may reach you.

If for any reason we can not fulfill your order, you will receive an e-mail notification and your order will be canceled.

We do not accept pre-order cancellations. Pre-ordered items cannot be returned once they are shipped out. Please read our full return policy before placing your order.

To cancel an order, please send an e-mail to contact@milknbabble.com with your order number and any questions or concerns you may have regarding your order.

Once we receive your request, we will notify you via e-mail within 24 hours whether your order was canceled successfully. Please note that if you do not receive notification from us within 24 hours, your order was NOT cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Once your order is processed by our supplier, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations. We will notify you via email with any changes or cancellations.

Combined Orders

We suggest that preorders should be placed separately from "in-stock" orders, so that they can be processed and shipped immediately once the product arrives.

Please kindly note that we have no control over when a preordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates. We try our best endeavours to deliver on time or early, however variables such as supplier delay, weather and courier issues can cause delays. Milk n Babble unfortunately cannot offer refunds on preorders due to change of mind or any delays which are out of our control as mentioned above.
